CCC&TI offers educational opportunities in Nursing on the Caldwell Campus in Hudson, N.C. and the Watauga Campus in Boone, N.C.
Nursing curricula provides knowledge, skills, and strategies to integrate safety and quality into nursing care, to practice in a dynamic environment, and to meet individual needs which impact health, quality of life, and achievement of potential.
Course work includes and builds upon the domains of healthcare, nursing practice, and the holistic individual. Content emphasizes the nurse as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing safe, individualized care while employing evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and informatics.

ADN Graduates are eligible to apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) which is required for practice as a Registered Nurse.

Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing Articulation Agreement
RIBN logo is a link for further information. The Hickory RIBN Program is a nursing option where students will enroll at both Lenoir-Rhyne University and CCC&TI.
This program will provide a seamless associate to baccalaureate nursing education for top academic students. The first part of the program will be at the community college campus along with one course per semester at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
Upon successful completion of their Associate Degrees in Nursing, students will take their last year online at Lenoir-Rhyne. Admission to the program will be competitive and students will be chosen on the basis of specific academic requirements. Learn more on how to apply.
RIBN is not a fast track to earn a BSN degree.
